This should be a huge red flag for any trader considering their services. They use unclear rules to justify banning accounts without warning. I was accused of hedging, but their rules do not clearly define the time limit for closing trades. They gave me only 59 seconds before permanently terminating both of my accounts. No refunds, no discussion, just instant bans – they take your money and remove you from the platform. Customer support is useless, providing only copy-paste responses and refusing to resolve issues fairly. I paid for a trading challenge and expected a fair system, but instead, I lost access to my accounts without any valid reason. Since they are already on FINMA’s blacklist, I strongly advise traders to STAY AWAY from Crypto Fund Trader!
