Trading Rules
News trading is permitted, including tier-1 releases; straddle and strangle news strategies are not permitted.
Positions are closed automatically at 4:10 PM ET. On holidays the trader must close them before the market closes — otherwise the account fails. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.
Hedging on the same underlying is not permitted (e.g. NQ and MNQ); hedging unrelated markets is allowed.
Combining minis and micros above the limit fails the account (1 mini = 10 micros).
Copying trades between your own accounts is permitted; copying other traders and sharing devices is not.
Automated systems are permitted as long as they do not exploit favorable simulated fills; HFT is not permitted.
Inactivity: 7 calendar days without a trade can close the account (report time off to support).

EOD Drawdown — drawdown calculated at the end of the day instead of in real time. Extra cost: $30 / $50 / $80 / $110.

Trading Rules
News trading is permitted without restrictions, at your own risk.
All positions must be closed by 4:45 PM ET (12:59 PM ET on shortened sessions). Holding through the 5:00–6:00 PM ET break or over the weekend is not permitted. Positions left open are closed automatically by Tradeify without failing the account.
Hedging is not permitted: no opposite positions on the same instrument or on products from the same group (e.g. ES long and NQ short), including across your own accounts. A hedge held over 10 seconds with more than $150 profit fails the account automatically.
Copy trading is permitted only between your own accounts. Copying other people's trades, team trading and third-party account management are not permitted.
Bots are permitted if you are the sole owner of the strategy, do not use it at other firms and it is not HFT.
Tradeify treats holding minis and micros at the same time on the same account as hedging: do not mix them. For position limits, 10 micros = 1 mini.
Every account needs at least 1 trade per week (Mon–Fri).
The drawdown is updated at the end of the day but checked in real time, including unrealized P&L.
