This page explains how MyPropFirm.pl collects, verifies, structures and presents information about proprietary trading firms. It covers how we source firm data, how we monitor for changes, how rankings and listings are ordered, how affiliate relationships are handled, and what the limitations of our data are.
We publish this methodology because we believe traders deserve to understand exactly where the information they rely on comes from — and what it does and does not represent.
Everything we do at MyPropFirm.pl is built around four principles:
Accuracy over speed. We would rather delay publishing information than publish something we cannot verify.
Facts separate from opinions. Firm data and user reviews are kept structurally separate. We do not mix editorial interpretation with factual parameters.
Transparency about commercial relationships. Where affiliate relationships exist, we say so clearly. We do not hide the commercial model behind the platform.
Useful, not misleading. Our goal is to help traders compare prop firms more efficiently — not to push them toward any particular firm.
Information about prop firms presented in our comparison tables — including challenge fees, account sizes, drawdown structures, profit targets, payout rules, profit split percentages, trading platforms, supported instruments, account types and promotional codes — is presented as factual data sourced from official firm channels.
We do not combine this factual data with editorial scores, subjective assessments or promotional language in the same data fields. Where MyPropFirm.pl provides editorial commentary, it is clearly labelled as such and kept separate from structured firm parameters.
User reviews and ratings are likewise kept separate from firm data. They represent the opinions of their authors, not verified facts about a firm's performance or reliability.
Firm data on MyPropFirm.pl is sourced from the official websites and published materials of the prop firms we cover. We do not rely on third-party aggregators, press releases or unverified claims as primary sources.
Where a firm is a commercial partner of MyPropFirm.pl, data is also sourced directly through that partnership. Partnership status does not alter the factual parameters we record — fees, rules, drawdown limits and payout conditions are documented as published by the firm.
If a firm's official materials are ambiguous, contradictory or incomplete, we note this within the firm's profile rather than filling the gap with assumptions.
MyPropFirm.pl may use internal tools and manual checks to monitor selected official sources for changes in firm rules, pricing, promotions and account conditions. These tools and manual checks are intended to help identify changes in:
When a change is detected, it is flagged for review and, where confirmed, updated in our database. Changes may be logged internally to track data history and maintain version control of firm parameters over time.
Data monitoring reduces the risk of outdated information, but does not eliminate it entirely. Prop firms may update their terms faster than they are detected through our monitoring processes. For this reason, monitoring may be combined with manual review by the MyPropFirm.pl team, as described in the next section.
In addition to automated or semi-automated monitoring, members of the MyPropFirm.pl team may regularly review key firm pages, offers and promotional codes. This includes checking for:
Our goal is to make MyPropFirm.pl a transparent and reliable prop firm comparison resource. We review key pages and offers on a reasonable-efforts basis to keep our comparisons as accurate and current as possible — while acknowledging that no monitoring or review process can eliminate the risk of short-term data lag.
To enable meaningful comparison, firm data on MyPropFirm.pl is structured around a standardised set of fields applied consistently across all listed firms. These fields include:
Standardisation means that when you compare two firms side by side, you are comparing the same parameters defined the same way — not different firms' marketing descriptions of loosely equivalent concepts.
Where a firm does not offer a particular parameter (for example, some firms have no consistency rule), this is recorded as absent rather than omitted or assumed equivalent.
When a firm updates its rules, pricing or promotional terms, those changes are reflected in our database as soon as they are identified and confirmed. Changes may be logged internally to allow the team to track data history, identify patterns of change and prioritise review of firms with frequent updates.
We do not currently publish a public changelog for every data field update. If you notice a discrepancy between data on MyPropFirm.pl and a firm's current official terms, please report it using the process described in section 13.
Sections such as "2026 Prop Firm Overview", "Popular Prop Firms", "Featured Offers", "Current Offers", "Exclusive Deals", "Favorite Firms" and similar listings on MyPropFirm.pl are ordered listings — not random or alphabetical sequences. The position of a firm or offer in these sections reflects a combination of factors, which may include:
Partner status or an affiliate relationship does not affect the order of a firm or offer in listings. Whether a firm's products are available in the Vault Program catalogue, or whether purchases at that firm are eligible to earn points, likewise does not affect the order of a firm or offer in listings. Where a firm is a commercial partner of MyPropFirm.pl, it may be disclosed through labelling such as "Partner", "Affiliate Link" or a similar label solely to disclose the commercial relationship. A commercial relationship does not constitute an endorsement, investment recommendation, quality guarantee or payout guarantee.
The ordering applied in each section may differ. Some sections are sorted primarily by user engagement; others may prioritise active promotions or data completeness. A higher position in any listing does not imply that a firm is superior, safer or more likely to result in a successful challenge or payout.
The main criteria used for ordering listings are described above. The exact weighting of individual factors may vary depending on the type of listing.
MyPropFirm.pl may receive commission-based remuneration from selected prop firms when a user clicks an affiliate link, uses a promotional code or makes a purchase. This commission is paid by the prop firm from its own marketing budget and does not increase the cost to the user in any way.
Rewards issued under the Vault Program are purchased by MyPropFirm.pl in its own name and financed from this commission revenue. A reward is not a refund or a reduction of the price a user paid to a prop firm, and MyPropFirm.pl is not a party to that purchase transaction.
Firms with which we have an affiliate or commercial relationship may be labelled "Partner", "Affiliate Link" or "Partner Offer" in the relevant listing or firm profile.
A commercial relationship with a prop firm does not mean:
Affiliate relationships do not affect the order of firms in listings, the content of user reviews or our obligation to present firm data accurately — including negative information about a firm's rules, limitations or historical issues.
User reviews and ratings published on MyPropFirm.pl represent the opinions of their authors. They are not verified facts about a firm's operations and should not be treated as such.
Point incentives for reviews. Users participating in the Vault Program may receive points for posting a moderated review of a prop firm. In accordance with Article 6a of Directive 2005/29/EC (Omnibus Directive) and the DSA, we disclose the following:
The exact point values and conditions are set out in the Vault Program Terms and Conditions.
Not every review is individually verified before publication. MyPropFirm.pl reserves the right to remove or restrict reviews that:
Moderation decisions are made in accordance with the procedures set out in our Terms and Conditions, which also describe users' rights to appeal moderation decisions. Reports of reviews or content that may be unlawful can be submitted in accordance with the notice-and-action procedure described in the Terms and Conditions (DSA procedures).
Aggregate user ratings may influence how a firm is presented in certain listing sections, as described in section 9.
We monitor firm data continuously and verify it daily. Despite these efforts, prop firms may change their rules, pricing, payout conditions or promotional terms at any time and without prior notice to MyPropFirm.pl.
The following limitations apply to all information published on this platform:
Before making any purchase or registration decision, always verify the current terms directly on the prop firm's official website.
Data processing related to accounts, reviews, analytics and cookies is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
