I have been using it for about 2 years and I get a quick response from the support team for every problem. It is a problem-free company. With the new kyc system, they check whether people's success is coincidental or deliberate. I have made about 6-7 payouts. The shortest was deposited on the same day. The longest was 5 days due to the weekend and the live meeting being delayed because of this. The only downside is that the account was closed and transactions could not be made during this process. I did not deduct points because I thought a solution would be found for this. Thanks cft.

hello everyone. i want to share my experience with all of you. I've bought an ascend challenge, l precisely followed all their rules and traded all manually. After my kyc they denied my payout with absolutely no reason. I've asked for proofs about this choice and i said that i'm availabe to do a live call with them to be fully transparent and noone is responding me anywhere. I had a ready community to join on ascend challenge and now i have to block all of them buying this prop and leave a bad review about cft. I'm sure they will delete this message but i will keep the screenshot. if someone in the support team is serious and will review my case and solve my problem me and my community will not write a bad review and you will take my apologize
