I got a mail from cft risk management team that my account has been suspended reason being cos I traded and additional account on the same phone IP?? Are you people being serious right now.. so you suspended my account and canceled my payout all cos I got an addition account and traded it on the same phone where would I have traded it from??. It’s been over a week plus I’ve not gotten my payout not refund, so if I’d not message the support system I would have been expectant of what you guys literally held on to… This is just so not cool Cft.. you’ve literally changed my perception about prop firm. I’d rather start trading live than go through this same situation with any of this company..
