Made a genuine mistake earlier & opened a second EURUSD position but pressed buy instead of sell. Closed it immediately with zero profit. Acc terminated (because of hedging rule) and no offer/help to reinstate. Asked a second question by email but didn’t even get a reply. Will find a different Prop firm with a better level of support and customer services. I understand there has to be rules but a quick review of the trades would show this was genuine.

You say we can day trade, low spread but without any selling or buying because of the spread my trade was closed with a stop where I shouldn't have been, the spread is exactly 0.25% There is exactly 0.08% difference between the stop and stop point I set. --PROBLEM SOLVED---- I contacted via email and first they paid my stop and then they paid my trade which was supposed to be TP.

I just got my first payout on a $10K 2 step challenge. Their customer service and team are fantastic. While they are a new firm they are very supportive and one of the few I have found that offers so many crypto pairs with raw/zero spread. The only issues I would love them to fix would be to allow for larger account sizes, scaling and weekly payouts. Otherwise top notch and fast payouts.
