One of the worst prop firm experiences I have ever had. I was breached for “reverse trading”. I only trade one pair, EU and opened a swing sell just before New York open. Price was well into profit and the next DAY during London there was a valid buy to trade the pull back. Anyone who trades knows that, although riskier, counter trend trades can be profitable if managed correctly. The buy trade was executed over 20 hours after the swing sell and from a price point well away from the sell entry. Both positions were closed in profit by the end of London as there was red folder news during New York. Each trade was 0.25% risk and I was hard breached during phase 1 of a challenge immediately. The rules state that there must be 24-hour gap but that is flawed as it is timed from fill and not placement which may well have been over the required 24 hours. Putting this aside, support was extremely rude and simply told me it was my problem and not theirs. When I asked for my trades to be reviewed and for the decision to be reconsidered, it was not even acknowledged. There was absolutely no room for discretion or flexibility whatsoever on their part. 200k challenges are not cheap and if nothing else a more professional and empathetic support are needed if this firm want to complete with more established firms. My advice is to steer well clear of this type of entrapment firm who will use any and every rule to breach you. The trading space simply does not need firms like this. AVOID
