CFT is one of my top 3 propfirms in the industry, their support team is great and they're always trying to improve. I received my payment in less than 24 hours. Great service overall.

I’m writing this follow-up review in response to Crypto Fund Trader’s (CFT) reply to my first review, where they continue to provide misleading information to the public, attempting to scam more people into joining. I cannot stand how arrogant they are, even going so far as to claim that their clients are providing "incorrect information." For my first review, please check out the one I posted this month titled "Exposing the Crypto Fund Trader Scam: How I Lost $1K in 2 Days Due to Platform Bugs and Unethical Practices." Here’s what everyone should know: this platform preys on new users, especially those making large deposits. They have no intention of returning any of the funds they’ve scammed. They make quick money within just a couple of days by exploiting platform bugs and unfair practices. This is the hallmark of a scam operation. It’s disheartening to see many other users facing the same situation as I did too, but CFT’s arrogance and blatant disregard for their users motivates me to expose them further. I’ll continue posting if they keep spreading misinformation and scamming new users. Key Point: They take money from new users with no intention of returning it. Their core revenue comes from this. Let me address their fake replies on my last review one by one: 1. CFT claims I violated the reverse trading/hedging rule — This is a scam. They ignored what I mentioned in my first review, where I highlighted that other platforms like BrightFunded have no such rule and they will not take users fund even in such case. CFT clearly set this rule as the opposite to exploit users. 2. "There are no bugs on our platform as you claim... If you set a Stop Loss (SL) as a limit order, it may not fully close your trade. For a full closure, you need to set the SL as a market order." — This is a fake reply. My stop-loss was clearly set as a market order, and they refuse to acknowledge it. 3. "It's technically impossible for closing a trade to open another one. You're welcome to test this on a demo account and record it." — This is a fake reply. They didn't reply to their platform bugs I mentioned in my first review where their position SL functions did not work out correctly, and their conditional SL trigger (not limit order trigger) failed to close out position I had, but instead opening a counter-trade which they use to claim new users "misconduct" I’ve communicated this with them via email, and they keep dodging the issue. CFT doesn’t offer demo accounts for users to test their platform, as they claim. In my email chain with them, I’ve asked for a Zoom or Google meeting multiple times to discuss these problems, but they keep refusing (I have evidence from our email chain). Now, they’re asking, a "banned user," to somehow record trades without account access and report back to them. They’re just replying for public appearances but not replying to victimized users. 4. "Lastly, any Discord messages are not from us. We've clearly communicated that we never send DMs or ask for money. Your statements are untrue and intended to harm our reputation." — This is also fake. They’re trying to claim that their victimized users are harming their reputation, which is ironic. After I discovered their shady behavior and tried to provide feedback to help improve the platform, my messages kept deleted almost instantly everytime I sent out—within 5 seconds—from both their Telegram and Discord groups. Anyone paying attention should be able to see what's going on and understand the nature of this platform. As I mentioned in my first review, there are clearly fake members, probably paid for, who continuously praise the platform in both their Discord and Telegram groups. It's all likely done to create a false sense of community engagement—just like the suspicious "5-star" reviews on Trustpilot. If you look at the 1-star reviews, you’ll see the real story. In my case, there was a particular Discord user in CFT's official group who constantly praised CFT, posting almost every hour on the same day I shared my issues. This user guided me on how to claim back my funds like what he did, but it turned out to be another scam. If CFT claims this person isn’t connected to them, why would anyone be so motivated to post positive comments so frequently? It’s just another false statement from CFT in their public reply. I have screenshots of the chat to prove it. In addition, their customer support does indeed DM users. One of their 'Chief Customer Support' representatives, Pedro, direct-messaged me on Discord. During our discussion, he claimed I was "rude" so he had nothing to say regarding the scam involving my funds. As for the rest of my review that they chose to ignore, that's fine. Viewers can easily see that their silence on those points speaks volumes about their dishonesty.

Title: Reply to "Crypto Fund Trader" Finally "Crypto Fund Trader" admitted my two reviews are related to them. They told "Trustpilot two times my reviews are related to other organisation and not them. In spite of the fact that they know my name and customer account number. I have intentionally opened two trades at about the same time. One long trade and one short trade. This strategy is called "Hedging plus Dollar Cost Average", which I learned from one "You Tube" professional trader. For example when my long trade for Bitcoin won USD 1000 and my short trade lost USD 1000 after some time (can be a few minutes, hours or days). I will take profit for my long trade of USD 1000 and "Dollar Cost Average" for my short trade so that eventually when my short trade win, I will quickly take profit and close the trade. Out of interest and the desire to find out how "Hedging plus Dollar Cost Average" can increase my trading profit, I try out in Binance, Phemex and some other cryptocurrency trading platforms without any problems or issues. I told "Crypto Fund Trader" if this strategy break your rule then I will change strategy and follow your rule. They told me my trading account is closed. If I want to continue trading I have to buy another package of USD 1199. I told them to refund my money. They said "No". I carried out some investigation on "Crypto Fund Trader" and discovered a handful of negative reviews out of more then 300 plus reviews stated in "Trustpilot". And I discovered FTMO got so many good reviews out of 13,000 plus reviews, also in "Trustpilot". I did not insult and threaten "Crypto Fund Trader" support team. I advise them not to in anyway deceive/cheat/scam your customers who pay you money to do trading evaluations and get funding from your company. I quoted Deuteronomy chapter 28 in the Bible that mentioned blessings and curses from God. Also being brought up in a traditional chinese family bloodline that always emphasize do good works and be good to others. So that we will not have curses, bad things and retribution in our lives. I am in the light, "Crypto Fund Trader" has all my particulars. I do not know who is their CEO, management staff, who is in their support team. Where are they located, and etc. How can I threaten them? In fact the people in "Crypto Fund Trader" can really threaten me and cause me harm. Best regards. This is my second review on "Crypto Fund Trader". My first review with the title "Deceitful Scam Organisation with Professional Covering". Crypto Fund Trader highlighted to "Trustpilot" that my review was for another Business Organisation. I told "Trustpilot" my review is for "Crypto Fund Trader". I actually called up "OCBC Bank in Singapore" to cancel the transaction and stop the payment of USD 1199 through "Visa Card" to "Crypto Fund Trader". OCBC Bank Officer told me that I cannot get back my USD 1199 because I have used the handphone "OTP Number" to authorise the transaction. The Bank Officer told me I can launch a scam report to the "Singapore Police Force". The "Special Scam Team" in the "Singapore Police Force" will carry out the investigation and take the necessary action. But the Bank Officer told me that it will be difficult because "Crypto Fund Trader" do not have a registered company in Singapore. We also do not know where is the location of "Crypto Fund Trader" headquarter. Although there is a "Swiss address" mentioned in the website. We also have no information about the CEO and their management team. "Crypto Fund Trader" operate like a secret and mysterious organisation. My account number with "Crypto Fund Trader" is "100001781". The package I purchased is USD1199 (the most expensive package stated in their website) for a USD 200,000 trading account. Singapore "OCBC Bank" has my record of USD 1199 payment to "Crypto Fund Trader" through Visa Card transaction. It will be good for "Crypto fund Trader" and myself to learn and follow "Trustpilot" : "Consumers and Businesses get together to make things better". I would like to be a discipline, patience, responsible trader to handle customer funds wisely with good strategies, good habits, tested and proven risk and reward methods. To achieve the above mentioned "Potential Dream Professional Trader", I have considered "FTMO" and "Crypto Fund Trader". So that I have a "Professional Trading Organisation" to guide, network, teach and discipline me to achieve the above stated objectives. Eventually I signed up with "Crypto Fund Trader" mainly because I would like to focus and trade in cryptocurrencies. But my first encounter with a company like "Crypto Fund Trader" make me very disappointed and sad. But we will definitely find good and professional "Trading Organisation" to work with eventually in the future. Thank you for reading this long review.
