I recently received my 3rd payout, and wanted to leave another feedback as a thank you. I know I earned these payouts, but I would like to thank for the opportunity and provided trading environment. Honestly, those payouts came at a really hard time in my life. I was kind of at my lowest point, both mentally and financially, and getting these payouts really helped me breathe again. I've received the payouts in given time (6-48 hours) with one exception being the last payout that overlapped with christmas holiday and I haven't encountered any problem related to the payout so far. All of my payouts are 4 figures not so big, not so small. The only problems I encountered were about dashboard sync issue but it got fixed, the only issue about it was that there were no updates and announcements about when the problem is going to be fixed etc but no big deal. Finally, I would like to again mention Bybit integration since its very crucial for me to be able to trade prop. account with familiar interface and conditions. Again, I hope they continue operating at this level.

On November 6th, I purchased a $50,000 2-phase evaluation. I set up my Bybit account, but when I tried to log in the next day, my account was showing a failed test. I tried to understand what happened and contacted you to report the issue, but you haven't helped me in any way. I would like to know how I can resolve this situation, at least regarding the refund. I didn't even get to use the product. I tried to contact them through support and trustpilot, but they refused to take responsibility or at least help me with the chargeback, since I didn't use the service.
