I purchased a funded account with Lucid and have been unable to access it properly for over a week. My dashboard has been stuck on a message saying the account will “become active within 5 minutes during market hours,” but it never activates. Because of this, I cannot access or request payouts, despite meeting the requirements. I contacted support and was told this is a “technical issue,” but after submitting a ticket, I’ve received no meaningful updates or resolution. It’s now been hours with no response, and the issue itself has lasted over a week. This is extremely concerning for a firm that is supposed to handle traders’ funds and payouts reliably. Locking users out of their accounts with no timeline or communication is unacceptable. At this point, I’m questioning the reliability and legitimacy of this platform. I would strongly advise others to be cautious until this issue is properly addressed.
