I’m writing this to warn other traders about Lucid Trading’s automated and unfair "hedging" violations. I had a technical execution error where I opened a position and closed it almost immediately to correct my direction. The trades in question lasted only 66 seconds respectively. Despite this clearly being an operational correction (fat finger), Lucid flagged it as "prohibited hedging." I contacted their support with the logs, but they refused to even review the case, stating their decisions are "final and cannot be appealed regardless of intent." Labeling a 60-second corrective trade as "hedging" is technically incompetent and just an excuse to wipe a trader's profits and restrict the account. If you want a firm that understands how trading actually works and doesn't use "gotcha" rules to penalize honest mistakes, look elsewhere.
