Theyre running Ponzi schemes when i received first payout my account was locked took a week to get back, then they liquidated 2 accounts while i was sleep and then showed how trash they really where when i reported there system error they was rude seemed like a very repetitious thing for them. Lucid reset my pro account when I'm about to withraw my 2nd payout of $2,500. The reason: "Cross-user copy trading activity was identified between your account and another linked user." That user is my wife. And ofcourse if I find a good set up I will tell her. You guys reset her pro account as well with only one win left before her 1st payout! You lost 2 traders. Topstep is better because they pay traders not unlike you guys. You didn't even ask us. You just reset both of our pro accounts. That's ridiculous!

Very bad experience on payout.So many hidden charges, The payout is so unfriendly, EITHER workmarket or crypto, if you choose crypto payout, the actual amount you will be receiving is 890 when you request a payout of 1000,we should be receiving atleast 899USDT the crypto transaction fee is so expensive.Other prop firm provide a better payout environment . I have FULL VIDEO EVIDENCE showing my TradingView dashboard updating to a FLAT status, zero active positions, zero working orders. A clear confirmation from their own UI that my work was done. ​However, Lucid Trading uses a 'Ghost Order' trap. Due to a critical API desynchronization, an invisible order remained active in their backend—HIDDEN from the user’s terminal. This ghost order executed 90 minutes later during a period of volatility, hitting the auto-liquidation limit (-$5,000) while I was away from a screen that their own software told me was empty. ​The most disgusting part? I spent over 10 HOURS providing this irrefutable video proof to their support team. Agents Anomaly, Jaxon, Anish, and all took turns looking the other way. They refused to acknowledge the visual discrepancy between their UI and their backend logs, closing my tickets with canned 'final decision' templates. ​This is a churn and burn scam. They force you to keep trading for 'minimum days' even after passing the target, just to create a window for these technical 'glitches' to wipe you out. They bank on you getting tired and giving up. ​I have the video. I have the logs showing NO Stop Loss was ever placed by me (confirming a forced system liquidation).
