Lucid Trading

I hit my 5th profitable day and would be eligible for a max payout after the tradeing day closes which would be my 5th payout on my 150k Flex accounts. However, before the day closed they paused my accounts and said they are sending me Live. (Guessing because they don't want to pay me the $13,500 for the last payout that I will qualify for at the close of the day.) I am unable to take my 5th withdrawl now and they are now telling me I have to speak to the live team when they reach out to me in the next 10 days. Frustrating when their AI told me I would get my cashout at the close of the day and I have earned it! It seems as if they are not going to pay me now but I will update if they do.

Tradesea was horrible for me. Lagging, weird executions and strange trade behavior while Lucid keeps heavily promoting it and taking no responsibility when things go wrong. Spent over 10k first month alone on accounts and resets. Every reset full price again. This shit adds up fast. First support replies felt copy paste and honestly useless. Then after losing my shit trying to find guidance i got muted in Discord which completely killed my trust. I even though of complaining to Dutch authorities. Because thats genuinely how frustrated i became. To be fair though, Sailor from support was the only one that actually spoke to me like a human being instead of corporate bullshit. Didnt fix anything, didnt refund me-tough cookie--but at least showed respect even while i was angry as hell. Maybe others succeed there. For me it felt stressful, expensive and sketchy.

I entered with an open mindset. I was skeptical simply because of no monthly fees. I tried the prop firm to pass an evaluation account numerous times and we're there many issues. Please note that the data services are purchased through tradinview to ensure no delays Main issues: 1-Delays with tradingview integration. Lots of discrepancies on where the price is and 2-Odd anomalies on orders not registering (For the stop loss limit and profit targets). I would set the stop loss and profit targets on the tradovate integrated tradingview app, but the trade would go through but without any limits for stop loss or profit target. This would happen on numerous occasions. Trades would close out when the daily loss limits were never close and the challenge lose limit was not close either. The unit selection on what you would want would constantly change randomly on you (very frustrating). I did some research and there are many sources saying that there are delays due to the method that lucid uses to integrate with tradingview. There is no proprietary method to ensure no lag, just a piggyback off of tradovate. Hopefully that things could change for this platform for potential future users.

Had an issue with Tradovate. Apparently, the “system” said I hedged positions. I never do this, so there was some confusion. I came to them with this problem twice and they shrugged it off and never reviewed it. They reset TWO of my accounts I was almost about to pass. Then, I reset one account I had blown and I ONLY use Tradovate. When I bought the account, for some reason, it was rithmic. They continued to ignore this and would not even discuss a refund with me. Finally, another issue with Tradovate caused one of my positions to not close (which I was up). Then Tradovate lagged and went black. Then, I lost the funded account with nothing. After all this, they wouldn’t even get me anything for my trouble or their lack of effort to help me in the beginning. They have been doing some shady things. When something isn’t necessarily my fault, I still pay for it. But when something clearly is theirs, you still pay for it.

With other prop firms I pass challenges with ease, I have received payouts from Topstep and have passed multiple Topstep challenges. I have not been able to with Lucid. Not sure it is current market conditions (Iran War), Platform or Trader(me).
