I’ve had a good experience with Lucid until this situation, but I can no longer recommend them. I had recently lost most of my funded accounts, so I purchased 16 evaluations (the first ones I had bought in several weeks). Later that same day, I received an email that I was being moved live with my one funded account, and that according to their policy all my evaluations were being terminated, effectively wasting the $1600 I had spent earlier that day. I reached out to support and was told that they will not be refunding me the evaluation fees, and that the timing of being moved live was simply a coincidence. Because Lucid can move you live at any time without notice, it’s difficult to feel comfortable purchasing evaluations.

I passed my evaluation after months of hard work and discipline, only to lose my funded account due to what is clearly a platform execution error. No trader records themselves placing orders on the off chance their broker's system misfires. My limit order, placed well above price, filled instantly like a market order even though price never came close to my level. This is not the first time this has happened — I've had the same issue during evaluations but never escalated it. This time it cost me my funded account. When I contacted support, I was bounced between agents and made to wait hours between responses. Jerome from the specialist team ultimately told me the issue was simply me not being "familiar with the platform" — which is dismissive and frankly insulting. I've been trading on TradingView for years. When I asked them to actually investigate the trade logs they sent me — their own platform data showing the order ID, timestamp, and execution price — they refused and instead demandeff chance their broker's system misfires. That is not a reasonable standard of proof. Their own platform was showing a weekend maintenance notice with functionality impacted around the same time, yet they claimed there was "insufficient proof" of any technical issue and closed my case. I put months into passing this evaluation. I referred people to this platform. And this is how it ends — with a support team that goes in circles, refuses to investigate their own data, and hides behind a policy that only covers "system-wide outages." If your phone blows up in your hand, you don't get denied a refund just because nobody else's phone exploded that day. Disappointed doesn't cover it. I still want my account restored

Bro I don’t usually do reviews, but for anyone looking for another prop other than like topstep, lucid has been solid for me. The dashboard works well and I just requested a payout today and they sent it within the hour. This prop is right up there with topstep.
