If all else fails (and by 'all else' I mean me) at the very least they have super duper quick and attentive customer service via chat. Amazing. It's not everywhere that you get to talk to someone without waiting. An issue I'm having related to the sign-up (related to my own fumbling around) is currently being addressed.
