Very disappointing experience with this prop firm. I spent over $1000 and was previously verified and funded using the same documents without issues. Later my account was permanently restricted due to compliance reasons linked to nationality and residency. They also claimed inconsistencies with payment methods, which I strongly dispute as all payments were made using my own valid methods. I have been trading with them since before they were listed on PropFirmMatch, and in the past I never reached payout stages because I was not yet consistent. Now that I finally improved and reached higher levels, my account was suddenly restricted. They continued accepting payments while already having my information, then blocked the account at a critical stage. In my experience, traders should be cautious as progress can be removed unexpectedly, especially near payouts. The situation felt unfair, inconsistent, and unprofessional, and it completely damaged my trust in the platform.

I ordered this service thinking it was a great deal, but from the beginning the platform would not properly trade through my NinjaTrader account. I was told I needed to upgrade my Tradovate account to receive live data, which I did, yet the account they provided still showed delayed data and would not trade. I contacted support multiple times asking for help resolving the issue, but I was repeatedly directed back to Tradovate even though I had already completed the upgrade they requested. The service never functioned as promised. Since the platform would not work, I cancelled the service without ever making a single trade. Despite this, they refused to issue any refund. I explained that charging customers for a service that does not function properly is unacceptable. What happened next was even worse. About 30 days later, my credit card was charged FOUR times in a single day without authorization. When I contacted them again, they refused refunds and still failed to resolve the delayed data issue. After requesting a full refund of all charges, they stopped responding entirely, leaving me no choice but to dispute the charges through my credit card company. Extremely poor customer service, failure to provide the promised service, and unauthorized repeated billing. In my experience, this deserves a negative 5-star review.. Its easy to make excuses as you can see from thier reply. In fact most of what say is just that excuses. They could have easily helped me but as we can see from the 4 charges on my credit card in one day is poor management. With poor management comes poor service and therefore their very long excuse. If they put as much effort into helping they would be a promising company. I give them a Negative 5 star review FYI, I did reach out to ninjatrader, they said the issue was with you guys. After all I do trade a live account with them and had never had issues, but for some reason when I trade your account it never happens I get a delayed data issue. If you cant fix that you basically charged me and provided no service and now instead of making it right you stand on your podium. Ever hear the saying "the customer is always right?"

Bought 2 × 150k Velocity accounts with a $4,750 loss limit. Got liquidated at $3,500. Be careful — this happened in forex, not futures. The rules and risk can wipe you out faster than expected. Don’t trust the account size alone. Read every condition before risking your money. Too many traders realize it only after getting liquidated. At the moment their rating is 4.7. If that starts dropping, then people already know what’s going on.

No VPN was ever used. The accusation email arrived on a Friday with a 48 hour response window that expired over the weekend, then the account was closed and locked before a response was even possible. After account closure the company went completely silent. The same day chargebacks were filed with credit card companies they suddenly reached out asking if help was needed, after weeks of silence. This timing speaks for itself. Formal complaints have been filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
