My first payout experience was poor. I received the payout approval email but after a week of emailing back and forth with support they finally told me that they were waiting for my response to an email from the live team even though the email never said there was a response required in order to get a payout. In addition, an earlier email from the live team said that if I didn't respond they would just process my payout which they did not. My second issue was Funded Futures Family charging my credit card for orders pending and then canceled. It took more than a week and escalating all the way to the customer service manager just to get all the charges refunded. The final straw was Funded Futures Family rejecting my payout request due to "micro-scalping" and then resetting my account back to 0 on an account that already had one payout approved. Their policy was to "revert your account balance back to the last valid point." The last valid point should have been the balance after the last payout as my account never went back to the starting balance of 50k after the last payout.
