I purchased a 5k challenge account to try their trading conditions, I liked the Bybit integration and the reviews seemed promising. At first I liked trading on bybit evenm tho I noticed the dashboard trading strats were not updating at all, but at least the equity and drawdown graph did but...
After just a few days They closed my account for a "drawdown violation" that did NOT happen at all. in fact, the max drawdon was 500$ and dayly was 250$, but I did not even lose 150$ over all the trades!! also in the email they sent it shows that my equity reached 4239.76$ which is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE since it should close everything automatically at the first drawdown target breach.
The account was closed and the email arrived right after I opened a 600$ (more or less) market order (before it even filled) and doing simple math turns out, THEY COUNTED THAT TRADE (and another smaller already open one) AS EQUITY LOSS and closed the account on that.
I have proof, dashboard certificates, bybit screenshots, all you need.
If this was an error, please give me back my evaluation account and I will be happy to update this review. Untill than, do not trust them
