Hello, So far I'm pretty happy with the platform and support services in general. As a new guy in this area I had quite simple and stupid question about arranging the payouts. Sree, one of the best CS agent, had a small issue and it was solved within less than 24hrs. 🚨🚨🚨Please do not use this prop firm when my profit is below 500, I can withdraw, but once my profit exceeds 500, they refuse the payout. I had an order with a profit of 2000 USD.and CFT refused the payout. If the purpose of using a prop firm is to withdraw profits, then what is the point of using it if they refuse to pay out?
