Kurz vor dem erreichen, des ersten Targets wurde mein Account aufgrund eines Regelbruches deaktiviert. Begründung: "reverse trading rule" Ich hatte eine Short position offen, die dann in meine Bids geslipped ist. Nachts bekam ich einen Alert auf dem Handy und habe den Trade so schnell wie möglich geschlossen. Sie haben eine Toleranz von 59 Sekunden um die Regel nicht zu brechen. Mein Trade war ca. 3 Minuten offen. (Tradingview alerts waren verspätet, so dass ich es zu spät sah) Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Bitte um Verständnis oder jegliche Lösung, wurde keine Rücksicht genommen. 1. Ich bin mir nicht mal sicher ob ICH die bids wirklich gesetzt habe. Einige in den Bewertungen beschrieben bereits, dass das Team von CFT sie für sie gesetzt habe. 2. In der Evaluationsphase geht es um einen "Skill-Test", denn dadurch wird festgestellt ob ein Trader effektiv traden kann. Was hat so eine unsinnige Regel mit Tradingskills zu tun und warum wird ein Trader dafür bestraft mit dem deaktivieren vom Account? Mit beiden Trades wurde ein Profit erwirtschaftet. 3. Ein guter Kundenservice hätte zumindest einen Rabatt auf die nächste Evaluation angeboten um den Kunden zu behalten oder irgendeine andere Lösung um den "Kunden" zu besänftigen oder zu binden. Mein Fazit ist, dass aufgrund dieser merkwürdigen Vorgehensweise, kein Wert auf den Kunden/Trader gelegt wird und dieses Unternehmen einfach nicht seriös ist. Ich bin sehr stark enttäuscht, da ich gehofft habe bei einer guten Firma aufgehoben zu sein. Die Praktiken und regeln sind sehr shady und dafür ausgelegt, dass der Trader seinen Account und die Evaluation verliert. Die Kundenbetreung bzw. der Service zeugt von Inkompetenz was ebenfalls auf eine enorm inkompetente Unternehmensführung zurückzuführen sein muss. You lost me already. I am happy with brightfunded. A friend of mine introduced me to this firm and told me they kicked her out on his first purchase citing a reversal rule. she doubted this though thinking she might have mistakenly opened a trade in the opposite direction. Until i purchase my first account and experienced the same thing only that i was very sure i didn't open the opposite trade as i was actually driving to go buy internet data as i didn't have internet to trade during the time the trades were taken on my account. funny enough the opposite trade taken on my account sat on my account for more than 2hours without sending me any violation email. when i got back on mt5 i closed the opposite trade that has been sitting on for more 2hours, 15mins after i closed the trade, the violation email flew in like they were waiting for me to close the trade. UNTIL THEY PUT THE OPTION TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD, DO NOT TRUST THIS PROP FIRM. Imagine spending weeks to pass a challenge and they just log into your account to cause a violation by simply taking an opposite trade on your account and you loose your hard earned money and time wasted. important to note if they do this to 20,000 account at the same time they just made LOT ton of money. Update{Responding}: I CAN SEND PROOF OF THE EMAIL of someone from your company telling me they wouldn't respond to me if i continue to say someone fraudalently placed a trade on my acc. You think i will take out time from my life to just come on here to give you a 1 star rating and write about my experience? because what, it's a lie?? So if this didn't happen to me do you think i will come on here to share it to hurt you for what gain of mine?? Dont say my experience doesn't make any kind of sense. JUST! enable people to change their mt5 password and this wouldn't ever be able to happen to anyone again. problem solved. until then that your company is a scammy time wasting entity that rake in money with just one click manipulation on clients account. CFT is the best platform if you're looking to trade crypto the spread, execution etc. Are very smooth, They will be having a delay in your payout for first because of the KYC but after that you don't need to worry anymore cft is the bst!

Absolutely no trader friendly prop as they try kicking you out as soon as possible - rules are rules and the dumbest on earth like reverse trading breach that even called wrong as they just don't allow hedging! If you ask why no answer, no culant behavior just short message back against rules...if you really looking for profitable traders you would look at the performance and would be interested to let them trade company pool funds but here they spend money for marketing, on first sight good spreads low commission and huge amount of assets vs others. Legally they work in frame and they do payouts but I can assure this company is not worth the time and suggest everyone move on and pick a prop firm from 2016 for a long-term business relationship and not these newer ones that just like to fill their pockets! But gamblers are welcomed as all assets have 1:100! So make it big or leave.
