Hi Everyone, I want to share my frustrating experience with this platform’s support function. The platform lags significantly, and there are slippages even on small lot trades. I suspect there’s an algorithm altering your entry slightly. I encountered an issue with their app, where a trade was accidentally opened while I was scrolling. Unfortunately, this trade was in the opposite direction of my original position. The trade size was 0.01 lot, the default size, not reflective of my actual trades. After receiving an email from support stating I breached the account due to reverse trading, I tried to explain there must be a misunderstanding. Here's what happened next: Initially, the trade IDs they provided didn't match any of my trades. Then, they sent me trade IDs from other traders' breached accounts without thoroughly checking. They blamed me, stating it’s the trader's responsibility to ensure the mobile app doesn’t malfunction. While there may be individuals trying to exploit the platform, honest, hardworking traders are just one malfunction away from losing their accounts. When this happens, don’t expect much help; you'll face an unprofessional team unwilling to investigate thoroughly. If you choose to trade with this company and use the mobile app, be extremely careful! I don't want anyone to lose their account due to such issues. Stay cautious, everyone. EDIT... let me say this again everyone, even for the app glitch they will blame you for something you didnt do. In real prop firms where they listen their traders, companies will re-evaluate your situation if this is a app glitch. As a prop firm your mission is to provide a platform where traders are able to perform their tasks not fail. No matter what their reply is, their app is super glitch on mobile and sometimes when u click even your positions dont show up and u end up seeing several open positions couple minutes later. They did not ask for evidence nor do a through check up. Their response is: THe issue you described arises when the phone's RAM is overloaded due to multiple rapid clicks, causing the touch screen to register all those inputs simultaneously. To resolve this, we recommend restarting your phone. If the problem persists, please consider trading from a computer. I use iphone 15pro max i don't think my mobile phone should be lagging using any apps provided in the market currently. so obviously they know there is an issue with their app and not doing anything in order to be able to fix it. I dont need to explain this any further their trustpilot rating obviously explains itself.

The first IP address is 51.89.185… and the other one (censored) is 51.39…. They appear to be completely different. I’m concerned that this discrepancy might be a misunderstanding leading to the account ban. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Could you please provide more details about the IP addresses in question and clarify the situation for me? Looking forward to your response. Best regards

Worst customer service ive ever experienced, i took a short position and was filled miles under the asking price and my trade was immediately minus 1% when my stoploss was supposed to be 1%(i wasnt slippage, i know what slippage is) so then i closed my trade and took a new one while recording this time to show them the issue (i lost 2% on that trade just to show them), i took the trade and was immediately in the red. My stoploss should have been 1% risk but instead when i opened my trade i was minus 2% out of nowhere). I sent them the video, they responded with slippage (no surprise there). So i then asked for my account to be reseted because the only reason i took the trade was to show them the imaginary slippage. And they refused, they said that i took the trade on my real account and now theres nothing they could do about it (its a demo account so they could have just reseted it!!) So now i start my 100K challenge with minus 3%, GREAT!

The new Risk management team were very responsive and understanding I was able to resolve my previous issues and I received my payout in full
