I did not even get to sign up with CFT as the behaviour of Chat Agent Samet was so impossible that I can only take distance from working with this company. Out of experience, I have tried to get a confirmation of the evaluation rule set "in my own words" as the formulation of those leaves space for interpretations. Samet was overwhelmed with my request to confirm these rules by giving an example case. So I drew up three scenarios asking him if this was a correct interpretation. Not only did he get rude and arrogant he also contradicted himself in his answers. I told him straight forward that because of the vast amount of negative reviews here I want to make sure I would not run into a situation where I would be told, that it's my fault because I misunderstood something. After I mentioned Trustpilot, my messages got edited and erased from the chat and I got a "timeout" for 24 hours, like a school kid. If this were not so inappropriate, it would almost be funny. Well, surely I will not burn my time on a platform where I'm being treated like this. Already in the afternoon when I asked several times if there was free trial actually to test the platforms with demo trades they were not able to give me a straight answer. I received log-ins to look at the platforms but those had no margin so there was no possibility to test the platform, like other prop firms are offering. A simple "No, you can't demo trade just look" would have been the easy answer. Instead I received three times the answer "Yes, here is the log-in" and it was the same accounts again and again with no margin...They did not appear very sharp to me...

CFT is an excellent Prop Firm, i passed phase 1 and within few minutes I received my phase two credentials, their trading conditions are second to none. Their customer support service is equally excellent. I will give another review after playouts

Support is refusing to further investigate some sort of platform issue that caused me to hit drawdown even though I was watching my trades and never came anywhere near drawdown. They show me a number but are refusing to say which trade supposedly lost over $700. Your reply is too little too late. Either you're saying my eyes lied to me or there is a major liquidity issue with your crypto platform both of which would deserve a 1 star review. You have my email, so feel free to show me some proof that has the date/time and the pair I was trading that supposedly took me under drawdown because the "proof" I have seen so far has none of that. We can check the charts and they will show that something went wrong here.

well i got 2 payouts-thats a positive, but the biggest problem is website and mobile app, lagging a lot, getting frozen, of course they say that everything is fine but is not,because of that i lost live accunt, as unintentionaly open reverse trade(website got frozen)was unable to close is within 60 sec so trade was open 66 sec.so because 6 sec and laging website lost account, unfortunately support team has 0 understanding and looks like no be is against customer.very disapointed. I contacted with support team with detailed explanation but at the end I got email- you’re case is close and it’s not gonna change .even if people complaining annoy website problems.so one mistake caused by website and your account is gone!!!!

account id : 100000208 i purchased 5k phase 2 eval account and on 2nd august 2024, did some trades and closed day at balance 5082$, the next day when i opened my account on 3rd august on the dashboard my account balance and equity showed 5229$ which moved my drawdown upwards. Today 4th august in the morning time around 10:00 UTC, my account balance came back to normal in the dashbord of 5082$ and i was happy. But the drawdown had increased to 4992$ due to previous nights high balance closing which moved the drawdown upwards. But then later on it started to go up again and went to around 5800$ a few hours later. it is now at around 9800$ at the time of writting, i have sent support around 7-8 emails and have attached screen shot proofs of my account but they arent responding now. their discord has told me to reach out to support and they can do nothing, they even told me to not defame the company when i started attaching photos in the server !! i believe this will cause yet again to increase my drawdown at the time of closing and when tomorrow my balance will come back to normal it will say i have breached my account !! Not sure if this is a SCAM or a bug in their system but i am very worried. i do not use any VPN, i use the PC and mobile to login and do the trades , there is no other user at my home in Pakistan who is trading on my IP. lets see what happens guys, what their support says tomorrow. will update this review. Update 1, in the Morning of 5th August I received email from support that they will resolve my problem today. After some 13 hours later my balance and equity on dashboard is reflecting what's happening in the futures trading platform. That's good to know. Thanked their support guys for the help. Will monitor the situation and keep this review updated on my journey. Updating review to 2 stars for now.
