The buy and sell buttons are placed so close to each other that it’s easy to press the wrong one by mistake. This happened to me recently when I was opening a sell trade, but I accidentally clicked the buy button instead. Realizing the error within a minute, I immediately closed the trade. I reached out to their support team to explain the situation, emphasizing that this was an honest mistake and that I had never opened a reverse trade before. I thought they’d understand and give me one chance to rectify the situation. Instead, they breached my account without any consideration or empathy. Their response was rigid and dismissive, showing absolutely no willingness to help or accommodate genuine mistakes. Trading platforms should take user errors into account, especially when their design contributes to such mistakes. A little flexibility or understanding from the support team could have made a big difference, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. These so-called “rules” are buried deep in their website, conveniently hidden from customers until they’re used to justify unreasonable decisions. If this isn’t a red flag, I don’t know what is. A company that tries to gag its users from sharing honest experiences is not one that values transparency or fairness. Customer experience is very smooth. Trading conditions are good with a lot of crypto pairs available. Withdrawal after funding was straightforward and processed within 24 hours. Very happy working with CFT. Highly recommend! 👍
