I had a problem understanding whether I could withdraw funds and the support representatives were really helpful and nice. It's not obvious, you don't always find people like that.

I wish you guys would give us an answer why you've been approving our payout and denied it few hours later and took our access account in tradeify. All we want is a proper communication. No violation on our end. The customer service is so bad. We deserve an answer, why ??

I really like their lightning option yes a little more expensive but worth it to not have to go through the eval‘s great experience would recommend

Tradeify is a newer entrant in the prop firm space and they're making a clean first impression. The evaluation model is straightforward and the platform is easy to navigate. Still building their review base but so far no red flags. @norexpass on Telegram passed my challenge with them — worth keeping on your radar as they grow.
