I went on Tradeify to purchase multiple accounts. The system showed only the ability to purchase a single account. I question the chat AI about this. I stated that I required help in purchasing multiple accounts. The AI stated that this was not possible. I was required to purchase each account individually. I made the initial purchase and returned to order the additional accounts. I was now offered the ability to purchase 5 accounts at a discount for bulk ordering. I questioned the AI again, asking why I had been misdirected and what could be done to help me complete the order of a total of 5 accounts at the discounted price. The AI now informed me there was no way for me to add the additional 4 accounts to get the offered discount cost for the purchase of 5 accounts. I was connected to a live agent. I asked one Q: " Can you review the chat?" This question was never answered. The agent requested my account data, and I provided it. The agent responded with a "canned" response about forwarding the issue and left the chat without ever answering the only question I had. Later on, a different issue, I was connected to a different agent who answered my questions and stayed with me to make sure that all of my concerns were heard. The 1st interaction showed little to no care for a new client. The 2nd interaction gave me a level of hope that someone did indeed care about customer service

The payout structure is not viable for traders like myself. I made 60k before my first pay out and now I wont be able to see nearly 60k in profit that I can withdrawal ever. Other trading platforms I have used I would be able to withdrawal nearly 50-80% of that on funded accounts like I have. Platform is fine but rules and support have been underwhelming.

Their payout process has consistently been smooth and reliable, which has built a strong sense of trust. However, on this occasion, although my payout is ready, my KYC was rejected due to certain issues. Unfortunately, there is no option available to resubmit the KYC, leaving me stuck in the process. Additionally, customer support has been unresponsive since Friday. This situation is quite disappointing, especially coming from a growing and otherwise trusted company like Tradeify.

The payout took over 3 days to go through. I was told several times it would only be 24 hours max. Coming from other companies with almost instant payout times, this was pretty frustrating to deal with.
