This is my first time using this prop firm. I purchased 3 accounts and when one account was ready for payout I requested it and got approved the amount of $2000 I got an email saying congratulations etc. Few hours later when I was reying to track the status of the payout I i couldn't access my accounts anymore and saying ny login info was incorrect, few hours later they emailed me and said ny payout was denied. They didnt take just an account ,they took my 3 accounts. I messaged the tradeify Instagram and I was told to open a ticket and so I did buy they never response as a live agent but an AI. I didnt do any violation so at all. I purchased 3 lightning funded accounts. Where is the justice on this ? No mercy. Understand as a trader we dont just buy an account(s) We work our ass off just to purchase these accounts. We work our ads off everyday to fulfill the $3000 profit to get payout of $1800 each account when wr finally ready for payout this is what we gonna get ? A denied and took all ny 3 accounts ? Unbelievable. The customer service is so awful. I need my accounts back anf my payout. Thid id happening to so many people using thid prop firm right now. If you guys can't afford paying thr traders anymote then STOP selling accounts and doing all these new promotion that noe you buy 5 accounts at once, for what ? So you guys can easily make money from people then blocked their accounts when its ready for payout? Understand that we are not rich people we are just hoping to make some money so we can provide for our family. We are not making millions like you guys just to create a firm like this. Treat us like a human being. We trusted you guys and this is what we gonna get. No mercy !. Stop making excuses just not to pay us.

I had a billing question. Tradeify support was responsive and Sinesh (customer support) resolved my issue immediately. I've traded with other prop firms before and few are this responsive or thorough, so this was pleasant surprise given that this is my first experience with Tradeify. I'm impressed and I will continue to trade with them.

I want to share a recent experience with a Tradeify Select Flex 150k account so other traders understand how the drawdown actually behaves after a payout. Account type: Select Flex (5-day payout) Situation: First payout approved and taken (~$590) What I saw on the dashboard: Trailing Drawdown displayed: $4,500 Naturally, I understood this as having room to take normal trades, since I had been trading with similar size before. What actually happened: After the payout, my remaining profit was ~$590 I took a losing trade of roughly $500 The account was immediately liquidated Key issue (important): The dashboard shows the total drawdown limit ($4,500) BUT it does NOT clearly show your actual remaining buffer after a payout In my case: My real usable buffer was only ~$590 Not $4,500 as the dashboard suggests Why this matters: This creates a situation where: Traders believe they have normal drawdown room But in reality, risk tolerance is drastically reduced after payout Position sizing decisions can be made based on incorrect assumptions What I requested from Tradeify: Exact liquidation level Clarification on how drawdown is calculated after payouts Their response: The system worked as designed The $4,500 reflects max drawdown from peak, not remaining buffer My feedback: I’m not disputing the rule itself — I’m pointing out that: The dashboard presentation does not clearly reflect real-time risk after withdrawals Advice to other traders: If you’re trading a Tradeify Flex account: 👉 After a payout, assume your usable drawdown = remaining profit, NOT $4,500 👉 Reduce size significantly until you rebuild buffer Final note: I worked hard to pass this account and followed my system. This post is simply to help others avoid the same misunderstanding.
