During automated verification process I couldn’t find how to allow the camera to do the livelyness check. Since then for 4 days the verification is under progress. I contacted customer service and got a ticket created but for last 2 days no response from them although I see them online in chat window. Now I am eligible for 6k payout but can't request that because of Sumsub pending verification, which according to them should just take couple of hours.Bad customer care nonetheless!! 04/29 Although it was slow and painful, but eventually Steve worked with me, reset the verification process and then I could complete it fast and got the payout approved and sent in 1 hr.So revised the rating to 4.
