I had a very good review for the firm initially and was a live trader with them. 1 of the very first customers to get paid when they went live and had over 100k payouts. Come this month, i submitted. 2payouts for 6k and they were denied after 12days. The 2 payouts were from 1 account that didnt have any issue and were submitted end of april. I had one mistake from my second account with hedging ( was trying to close a mini but opened a micro and closed it in 20seconds). They then reinstated the account and i was able to get a payout from it ( this payout was submitted way after the other2) They claim that they found some fraud with my account, but i am 100%sure they are mistaken as i have been a customer with them for over 2years. If they claim it was fraud, how were they paying me all these years and moved me to live twice? The support took forever dragging my issue out to come back at then saying that they found something fishy. They are are 100%wrong on this one. And that is why i am giving a 1 star review. If they were right, how were they oaying me for 2 years They are also not providing any details about the reason for denial other than digital footprint….. i trade using my phone and laptop simultaneously
