Admitted My Account Was Eligible for Activation — Then Refused to Honor It
I am posting this to warn the trading community about how Tradeify handles documented system errors. I purchased a $50,000 evaluation account for $99 and successfully traded it to a simulated balance of $60,891.95 — earning $10,891.95 in profit against a $3,000 target. I followed every rule. I never breached drawdown. I was never notified of funding. Instead, I received an email at 10:35 AM telling me my account had been revoked. After requesting an investigation, Tradeify support confirmed the following in writing: • The Admission: “I understand that your account may have been above the required profit and may have been eligible for sim-funded activation.” • The Math: Their internal records confirmed my lowest equity at the time of liquidation was $48,538.95 — $418.00 ABOVE the maximum trailing drawdown of $48,120.95. • The Cause: They confirmed the liquidation occurred at $48,117.45 due to an “isolated glitch inside Tradovate” and that there was no price action that could have caused slippage. In other words: their own investigation proved I did not breach any rule. Their own rep confirmed I was eligible for activation. Yet their final resolution after escalation to a supervisor was a reset credit — meaning I start over from zero because their platform failed. I paid $99. I earned $10,891.95. I followed every rule. Tradeify confirmed the error in writing and still refused to restore the account or manually pass the evaluation. I have full documentation of every admission referenced above. Traders deserve to know this before purchasing.
