Solid Prop Firm...good dashboard and quick payouts. Also, the rules are very clear and the support is very quick and helpful. No issues at all with these guys.

At first Tradeify seemed good. I was able to get funded and was taking some payouts. Then they transitioned me to Live accounts. This seems like great news. However, this is where the customer service was horrendous. My risk manager, Mariah, was completely unhelpful. This is the first time I had gone to a Live account with ANY prop firm, so I did not know the process or what to expect. Well, a few days into the transition, my accounts were not ready yet, so I asked for an update, to which Mariah replied, no update yet. Then I gave it another week to reach out (2/12/26), to which she replied with a snarky remark, "As stated in my previous email, it can take up to 2 weeks to set up." Okay fine, so I waited the entire 2 week's time. I emailed her on the 15th day (2/22/26), and she told me she already sent me an email that my Live accounts were ready on 2/10/26. I couldn't believe this, because when I asked her for an update on 2/12/26, she told me to check her previous email saying it can take up to 2 weeks. But, now she is telling me she sent me a separate email on 2/10/26 letting me know my accounts were live. Well, I checked and that email went into spam folder. She took no accountability to notify me that my accounts were ready on 2/10/26. Was extremely rude saying I am to blame myself for not checking spam folders. I was lead to believe on 2/12/26 that my accounts weren't ready. If they were indeed ready on 2/10/26, why didn't she tell me? Terrible experience with this Risk Manager
