Tried every single prop firm, LUCID is #1 without a doubt. Instant payout, fast and helpful support, no hidden BS rules (like Tradeify's 10 second scalping rule). I usually never leave reviews on things but I feel like I just have to tell the world how great LUCID is.

I rarely leave reviews like this, especially for a firm I genuinely respected and believed in. First of all, I want to say that I respect Lucid Trading, their vision, and what they are trying to build. Their rules are honestly some of the most impressive and trader-friendly I’ve seen in recent years, which is part of why I decided to work with them and even became a funded trader with the firm. However, I also believe in transparency, and people deserve to know when things are handled unfairly. Recently, I experienced what I can only describe as a very unfair and unjust interaction with Lucid’s customer support system. The issue itself was originally caused by a mistake on Lucid’s side, yet it was handled extremely poorly. I was speaking with Yggy specifically, and what should have been a normal, respectful conversation turned into a completely unprofessional experience. Not once, but twice, I was cut off mid-conversation. The attitude shown came across as angry, dismissive, and lacking genuine care or professionalism. For a company operating in this space, especially one with such a strong reputation, that level of customer care is disappointing and concerning. What worries me even more is this: if this is how a funded trader is treated while trying to resolve an issue, then how are evaluation traders being treated behind the scenes? I’m not writing this out of hate. I still believe Lucid has potential and I still acknowledge the positives about the firm. But based on my personal experience, I can honestly say their customer care system feels unreliable, poor, and not something traders can fully trust when real problems arise. This review is simply an honest account of my experience so others can make informed decisions. Before overly committing to this otherwise promising firm, I would strongly advise people to think twice and carefully consider the support side of the business as well.
