WARNING to all tServer OCO Failure confirmed by Audit Logs, but Lucid refuses to take responsibilityraders
WARNING to all traders: Critical platform execution failure. I am writing this review to warn the community about a major technical issue I experienced with Lucid/Tradovate and their unacceptable "support" policy. On May 8th, at 13:53:23, I was trading MNQ. I had an entry with an automated ATM strategy (OCO - Order Cancels Other). The price reached my Profit Target, but the system FAILED to cancel the Stop Loss. Both orders were filled in the EXACT same second. The Evidence: I have the official NinjaTrader Audit Log (CSV) which shows: Entry filled at 13:53:23. Target filled at 13:53:23. Stop Loss filled at 13:53:23 (instead of being cancelled). This technical error left me with an unintended short position of -13 contracts, which led to an "AutoLiq" and significant losses. The Response from Lucid: Support staff admitted they see the execution logs and understand the OCO logic failure. However, they refuse to adjust the account or reset it for free because: The failure was not "widespread" (it only happened to me, so they don't care). I don't have a "real-time video recording" of the incident. As a professional trader, I rely on Audit Logs, which are the legal source of truth in financial markets. Requiring a video to prove what their own server logs already confirm is a dishonest tactic to avoid accountability for their provider's (Tradovate) server malfunctions. If you value your capital and expect a platform where OCO orders actually work, be very careful. Lucid does not stand behind the technical integrity of their execution.
