Had no issues with this company until they had their tradovate outage yesterday.When I had a live trade on. Going in my direction, by the way, the n q dropped almost one hundred points. They closed my trade, then blamed it on the glitch, said that they would make it up to people after they got things rectified.I just now got an email from them.Saying all affected accounts have been adjusted and they never adjusted my account. As far as i'm concerned, they are nothing but a scam outfit run by a little boy and hopefully they fail quickly. Good riddance.

I strongly warn anyone against trading with Lucid. I successfully passed two 50K challenges and made over $1,200 in profit. When I requested my very first payout, they hit me with a "First Payout Audit", delayed the process, and then permanently banned me, claiming „copy trading." The absolute joke and proof of their double standards: A friend of mine trades the exact same mechanical strategy. We do our pre-market analysis together, so naturally, our entries and exits look identical. He recieved a simple warning to be careful next time. I, on the other hand, received a lifetime ban and they refused to pay me. They clearly look for any excuse to deny first payouts and treat their traders with complete inconsistency. Save your money and your time. Go to other reliable prop firms that actually pay you when you follow the rules, instead of stealing your profits with false flags.
