They banned me for no reason I won a Hoodie and it has been almost 2 months and didn’t get anything. Then I contacted support and the discord for help or advice. Then I got banned on their discord. Also I had a eval on tradesea and lost my account bc when i first entered the trade I was already in drawdown 300$. Ended up being a winning trade :( I wouldn’t advice using Lucid at all. Banning people for simply asking for help is crazy

Company is great. Great rules great customer service and fast payout approvals although the actual transfer takes about 3 days. However TradeSEA support is absolutely terrible. They have copy trading issues which is an inbuilt feature and expect us to be screen recording all the time lol. Is it not obvious enough that there were false orders on the follower account? They can easily check the logs but they refuse to and take several days to respond. Furthermore they said it was Lucid’s fault not theirs. Lucid said it was TradeSEA’s responsibility. So they were js playing ping pong and wasting my time. Lucid is great but since TradeSEA is the platform i use, i have to give the review as a whole as they are partners and i am affected.
