The company had a lot of potential but miscommunication and random "new policies" without honoring existing contracts has made me reconsider. I have used all the big player prop forms and the one thing that makes a successful prop firm fair practices. I was given false information and led with misinformation. I had a successful journey with this firm for many months until I was given a cooldown period for an undefined period. The undefined period lasted 3 months even though new policies implemented were for 4 weeks. That's ok, I get it as that was a policy for newer customers. Fine. When my time finally came to be able to unlock my account, I was told my existing evaluations that were paused were ineligible 'due to a policy change' and I needed to purchase new accounts. This impacted 7 accounts that were at 50% profit target. Ok even that I let slide. Then was told 'due to new policies' I was ineligible for a refund on those evaluations and I needed to purchase new. Extremely inaccurate communication and unfair practices.

Me resetearon la cuenta a $25,000 pero me dejaron el MLL (límite de pérdida) viejo. Me dejaron operar con un saldo ficticio y me cerraron la cuenta en medio de un trade ganador cuando el sistema aplicó un ajuste manual. No hay transparencia en los Resets de Lucid
