Had an issue with Wealthcharts. Reached out to support, and Nick was extremely helpful. Problem was actually on Wealthcharts side, but he made sure the problem was resolved, even though it wasn't FFF issues.

I recently reached out to support and had a frustrating experience. I had to ask the same question four times to BHADMUS before getting any kind of response, and even then, there still wasn’t a clear or decisive answer regarding one of the indicators on the achievement calculator. This is now the second time I’ve experienced support avoiding a direct answer instead of addressing the question clearly. As a user, clarity and transparency are extremely important, especially when it comes to trading rules and metrics.

They have been amazing at answer and resolving any issues i have experience, like today timothy resolve my issues within 5mins others i would have to wait 24hrs for answers
