Trading Rules
News trading is permitted. You may hold trades through news events.
Positions must be closed before market close on Friday (4:15 PM ET). Failure to close may result in automatic closure by the system.
Overnight holding is permitted. All positions must be closed by 4:15 PM ET daily and may be reopened at 6:00 PM ET.
Hedging is not permitted. You cannot hold opposite positions (long and short) on the same instrument at the same time.
Holding mini and micro contracts at the same time is allowed.
Copy trading is permitted. You may copy trades between your own accounts.
Automated trading is not permitted. Manual trading only.
Profit Target
$25K Account: $1,250 profit target
$50K Account: $3,000 profit target
$100K Account: $6,000 profit target
$150K Account: $9,000 profit target
Maximum Drawdown
$25K Account: $1,000
$50K Account: $2,000
$100K Account: $3,000
$150K Account: $4,500
Type: EOD Trailing. Your maximum drawdown trails up at the end of each trading day based on your highest end-of-day balance. Intraday fluctuations do not affect the drawdown level.
Daily Loss Limit
No daily loss limit.
Maximum Contracts
$25K Account: 3 minis / 50 micros
$50K Account: 5 minis / 50 micros
$100K Account: 10 minis / 100 micros
$150K Account: 15 minis / 150 micros
Additional Rules
Consistency Rule: No consistency rule. You can pass in as few trading days as you like.
Minimum Trading Days: 1 trading day required.
Activation Fee: None.
Subscription: Monthly subscription ($129/$179/$279/$365 depending on account size). Your account rebills every 30 days until you pass.
