Omg This Guy name TIMOTHY is hands down the most greatest customer service support I have ever witnessed in my entire 59years of life. The lightning fast super sonic speed replies as long as his care for MY needs was just outstanding. I asked him about copy trading and he PERFECTLY and Gracefully handled my problems. The level of expertise to solve my stresses with just a SINGLE reply… oh my daze I’m still winded by his absolute pure Aura. The FFM dashboard is glitchy and monthly renewals don't automatically reset the account. One has to contact Support to do that. With that said, I am still leaving 5 stars because the Support staff has been prompt on chat and quick to get things going. I have had great experience with Ash who I happened to get assigned 2-3 times. They got the issue resolved within 3-4 minutes. Thank you Ash!

Whatever structure FFF is trying to put in place or whatever future plan they have will surely become a reality. I am so surprised at how the company structured their support staff to be this cool and excellent, i have been chatting with support in the industry, and i can say none of the other firm's customer support comes close to the speed, knowledge, and willingness to solve customers' problems that FFF possesses. Daniel responded to me the second time, and the experience i had earlier did not diminish. Great job FFF, keep the standard going

Great support received today from Leo and Ash. He was amazingly fast, kind and objective, managing to solve 3 situations under 10m. Give him a raise Ash was also amazingly fast, kind and objective, and solved my problem under one minute
