I had a very bad experience. The communication between their Discord admins and the live support on their website is terrible. I wasted my money buying accounts with the expectation of being able to receive payouts. I passed two accounts and put in a lot of effort to complete the challenges with the mindset of finally getting paid, only to find out afterward that I’m not eligible because of their payment method. They only use Rise, and in my country Rise is not allowed — according to their own website. Before purchasing all the challenges I bought, I specifically asked if they could pay me through another method, and they told me yes, using a method called “Gusto.” In the end, they admitted they don’t actually use Gusto at all — Rise is the only option. I ended up losing my money for nothing.

Every time I need help or information, FFF is quick to help. Especially Bhadmus, who’s helped me the past few times. At least customer service is top notch! The only thing I’d ask to change regarding the FFF platform is to have more frequent patio windows is all
