The accusation email arrived on a Friday with a 48 hour response window that expired over the weekend, then the account was closed and locked before a response was even possible. After account closure the company went completely silent. The same day chargebacks were filed with credit card companies they suddenly reached out asking if help was needed, after weeks of silence. This timing speaks for itself. Formal complaints have been filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. The VPN accusation appears to be a deliberate tactic to deny legitimate payouts. Traders should think very carefully before paying any evaluation or reset fees to this company.
