Let me be very clear, Funded Futures Family really lives up to the family part of the name. They no longer service 250K accounts, and when I was charged, this could’ve easily turned into a “sorry, nothing we can do” situation. Instead, Timothy stepped up in a BIG way. He went to leadership, advocated for me, and got me moved into 150K accounts. That kind of effort says everything about the firm’s values and how they treat their traders. This is hands down my favorite prop firm. I have multiple accounts with them, and from day one, I’ve been treated like I actually belong.. I'm not just another number. Supportive, professional, and genuinely invested in the trading community. Timothy.... this is our third time talking my guy, and every single time it’s been nothing but top-tier support, honesty, and real care. That matters more than people realize. Bhadmus was incredibly quick to respond to my request for help. I was having difficulty signing into my account, and he was essentially able to circumvent the bug or whatever was holding my entry up, and basically sign me in without my having to do anything aside from verify my identity to him. The interesting part is that I am not even a paying customer. I have yet to purchase an account. But due to the attentiveness of this extremely helpful agent, I will likely be purchasing an account before Monday.
