Their support service is excellent, with very prompt responses—especially from the online support agent, Bhadmus. Initially, my payment was denied because some transactions on my profile appeared under different names that didn’t match the registered name. However, once I provided proof that I paid for the accounts, the payment was approved within a couple of hours. Overall, it’s a prop firm worth trying, with simple and easy-to-follow rules.
