BHADMUS was of great help when I had issues logging in to my tradovate account, responded very quick. Fastest support experience out of any prop firms ive used!

I would never use them again. Their rules clearly state micro scalping is allowed as long as it’s not more than 50% of your profits. I micro scalped 3 days out of 9 ( due to high volatility in GC my daily goal is $1,000 per account) and since that happened on my first day they wiped me out of $7,000 and reset my account only after I requested a payout. Instead of letting me get the account to under 50% just as they would do on their consistency rule. I asked them multiple times to show me where in the rules does it say they would reset the account to the day prior of when the micro scalping incident happened, they couldn’t show me because it doesn’t exist. Shady shit, I didn’t care about the payout getting denied but to wipe me of $7,000? Insane. All I needed was an extra 1800 to get to 48% of profits but they were not having that. Really shady, I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anybody. Think about it, if you allow microscalping as long as it’s not more than 50% of your profits or trades why would you reset someone’s account to the day before any microscalping activity was detected? That doesn’t make sense, it’s either you allow it or you don’t. Go trade on lucid they are clear and cut with their rules.
