E8 Markets really care about their customers

I had an issue with my 1-step challenge account. I missed my target by 0.50USD, but due to time limitation I couldn't pass the challenge. The contributing issue was the Match Trader platform that had glitches. I informed E8 support and they re-instated the account with the profit reset as well. I managed to pass the account. Plus support transferred the account to MT5. I am super impressed with E8 support team, from the start they have been extremely helpful and answering my millions of questions patiently.
