I traded futures with them. Daily loss got hit according to them.. Then literally went to my take profit to pass the challenge. NEVER broke below $2,000 for Daily Drawdown. 4 days after telling me over and over they’re working on it they tell me I hit Daily Drawdown. I did the math and at the lowest point wasn’t below $2,000 drawdown. I mean I had $1,750 drawdown after they stopped me out. My trade hit $6,000+ TP within minutes as well. You would think I’d get a sim funded account for the issue but no… Nothing. Also forgot to mention I’ve been a customer since 2021 and have sent plenty of friends there. The same thing has happened to one of my friends as well. He told me not to use them because of slippage and drawdown issues. I did anyway and literally the same thing happened to me 😂 Edit: I changed my review to a 5 star because Martin reached out to me personally to ask what he could do to help. I told him and he helped. VERY respectable thing to do.. and for that I give a 5 star. Although there were issues they ended up resolving them. Thanks Martin!

Slippage was horrible for NASDAQ Index. The days were volatile (around 12 feb 2025), but the exact same positions in The5Ers and FXIFY got way less slippage (I'm using my own EA). EDDITED --> They offered me the option to review again the platform by giving me another chance for free. EDITED AGAIN --> Appreciated very much & good that E8 gave me the opportunity to try again for free the same challenge after I placed a 1 star , so i change it to 2..... BUT a service/company is not only rated for how kind they are, also by how good it is the technical tool ..: So after testing again, I can confirm that the data feed they use is not good. It is either more synthetic either with less ticks and liquidity or market maker, but basically, on events when the volatility increase and slippage increases, E8 markets multiplies it. Example of slippage of same trade today 21/05/2025 on several brokers/prop firms for Nasdaq (2 decimals): Broker: IC markets slippage: 744 EA points Broker: Fusion Markets slippage: 408 EA points Prop firm: FXIFY: 862 EA points Prop firm: The5ers: 987 EA points Prop firm: E8Markets: 2797 EA points !!!! Basically scalping in E8 markets is not possible. If you are going to swing trade or do slow scalping, maybe fine, but if you doing tight scalping with an EA, then it is just not feasible with E8 markets, at least for NASDAQ index. Time Position Symbol Type Volume Price S / L T / P Time Price Commission Swap Profit 2025.05.21 17:01:44 12673002 NSDQ.c buy 9.39 21 359.57 21 246.39 21 651.12 2025.05.21 17:02:00 21 316.95 - 56.34 0.00 -2 001.01 Sum up: Data feed from E8 markets is very bad for scalping Nasdaq. Slippage becomes astronomical if the volatility is high or liquidity is not the best. So if you intend on scalping nasdaq, move somewhere else.

On 21/03/2025 I sent a withdrawal request, they confirmed my withdrawal request. the next day they sent me an email confirming the withdrawal information and would approve my withdrawal request. I waited about 7 days then they informed me that i violated their trading policy and only paid me 40% of the split amount. and did not clarify what i violated. Then they terminated my account and deleted my account on their homepage, deleted my trading account.
