Rubbish customer service in Discord. Was locked out of the platform. Politely enquired why I can't login and what should I do about the trades. Got a rude reponse from Samet CFT. Asked him why he wasn't being polite with replying, simply deletes my message. Bunch of rudeboys running the show there. Careful.

The Crypto fund trader platform have a big delay data, also the say payment supposedly 24/48h but it's take up to 14 day even if you select weekly payout. The costumer support don't even work, also they delete every feedback about your Problem at the telegram comunity. I would like to provide evidence of what im saying but TrustPilot don't let File attachment.

I had an account with Crypto Fund Trader. I passed the evaluation and received my first payout without any issue — they approved and paid it. As a mother and a beginner trader, I wanted to contribute to my family’s income and gain financial independence. I invested in this firm, paid for a real account, and trusted their system. Later, after my second request, they suddenly accused me of a “device match” with another user, even though I never shared my phone or account. I used the same phone, same internet, same IP the whole time. No change. They didn’t provide any proof or specific explanation, just said I violated their terms and closed the account. What’s more confusing is: If there was a real issue, why did they approve and pay my first payout? I was completely honest during the video interview. They ignored everything and treated me unfairly — without showing any solid evidence. I contacted them several times, but the responses were slow and copy-pasted. I do not recommend this firm to anyone who expects transparency and fair treatment. I’m ready to share all screenshots and records to prove my side if necessary.

They are delete all messages in discord , no repay in email none @support @risk . Discord is pure scam any concerns message are automated delete by staff. 2 of my acc was denied payout without any reason. Invalid account can’t login but still live in dashboard. They are play very dirty. Before this prop was good but rite know become a Pure scam prop.
