So I am Ready to Give CFT 5 Star But there are Some Flaws Pros. For Crypto Trader 1. Because Of There Bybit Platform Which Give me Soo Many Crypto Pairs To Trade. 2. They Are Genuine I have Received Two Payout From Them Within 48 Hours. 3. Support is Good Almost 95% People Are Good , Some 5% Person Are Rude but Overall Good. Cons. 1. I don't Know this is Because Of New Bybit Update or What But there are Some Bugs and Error , Good thing is they Solve in 12-24 hrs But I also Faced 4-5 Bugs Which Waste my 4-5 Days If They Solve There Errors and Bug I Will Give Then 5 Star I Hope CFT team Will Solve this Small Bugs Which Made user Experience Little Hard. passed 5k challenge and received first payout! What I didn't like is that after requesting the payout my account was immidiatly close and unaccessible without any prior warning. The payout was announced to come within 24-48 hours but it took a bit over 3 days. However they did pay and I got a new account to continue so 4/5

The platform provides solid opportunities, and I’ve generally been satisfied with the service. However, I recently encountered a frustrating issue: the drawdown on my account was calculated incorrectly. I reached out to support via email several times, explaining the situation in detail and providing plenty of evidence. Unfortunately, I received the same generic response each time — they insisted they were right without addressing my arguments or offering any proof. Fortunately, when I mentioned the issue in the Telegram chat, Kevin stepped in. He took the time to listen, asked a few follow-up questions to fully understand the case, and forwarded it to another support team. Thanks to him, the issue was resolved within a day, and I was even granted a bonus as a gesture of goodwill. Big thanks to Kevin for his professionalism and empathy. I truly hope the email support team will adopt a similar level of care and engagement. Despite this incident, I still view Crypto Fund Trader as a strong and mostly reliable platform.

However, I would like to politely bring attention to a previous issue. In one of my earlier profit splits, the amount was not paid due to an IP address mismatch. What concerns me is that the IP address shown as a match belonged to someone I don’t know, and the trading ID associated with that person has no connection to my trading history whatsoever. I fully understand the need for security and compliance, but I believe this specific case may have been a mistake. That said, I do respect the company’s professionalism and responsiveness, and I’m hopeful that my current scholarship request will be handled fairly and transparently.
