I got my payout of 3000€ really fast, but I did not get and Message in regard to that or any update for my new Account. Had to ask Support and they told me I use my old Account After 24hours again

The mobile app is way better than most other propfirms – smooth, clean, fast. I also liked their structure – 300k max allocation is solid. I had several accounts, got funded, and already made a few payouts successfully. But later, during another payout request, I got an email from Risk Management saying I traded on the same IP as another person – with a timestamp and email I’ve never seen before (something like *****@arcor.de). Nobody else trades from my house. It made zero sense. They said I broke T&Cs and that my accounts would be banned – I had 2x 50k funded and a 200k in phase 2. That was a LOT of capital gone. I contacted support, they gave me another chance, but canceled my 2.5k payout. To be fair – I do understand their side too. From their perspective, they don’t know who I am or if I’m doing something shady. Maybe I’m running something illegal and they have to protect their business. I get that. Still, it hit me hard. I was in a difficult situation and needed those funds badly. And unfortunately, during that period I was also in drawdown and ended up losing the accounts. I took a break. Thought maybe they just didn’t want to pay me and used an excuse. But I gave them another chance. Bought a 100k account, got funded again – but this time with fear. Real fear. I kept thinking: Will they pay me? Will they find another reason not to? I requested a 5k payout on July 9, got an interview email on July 11, and booked it for July 15 – everything went smoothly, and I received the funds on July 17. However, I still couldn’t trade. I contacted support, and they told me to wait patiently. Now it’s July 20, and I still don’t have access to my account. Hopefully it gets unlocked around the 21st or 22nd, but yeah… it’s been a long process. Even though things weren’t always smooth, I still plan to buy a 200k account now to reach the full 300k max allocation and keep trading with them. Let’s see how it goes from here.
