I purchased an evaluation account for $500.00 and they provided an unreliable system that would create duplicate positions and would also not allow me to close positions when I wanted to, forcing me into drawdown. Their system has technical bugs that are perhaps "engineered" to make traders fail their evaluation so they can steal evaluation money. The 1st bug encounter had happened repeatedly, on different days, on different devices, in different locations. My friend also experienced this bug. This was not unique to me. The bug I am referring to is when you open a position the position doesn't show up in your open positions tab, making you "think" the position was not opened even though it is actually running in the background. This causes the user to try to open the position again creating a duplicate position. And still you won't see it in your open positions tab. The only way to see your hidden positions is to log out and then log back in, causing delays in managing your position and also making it nearly impossible to manage size. The 2nd bug also occurred on multiple devices in multiple locations and my friend experienced this as well. The CryptoFundTrader platform randomly will not allow you to close a position. The button will simply go inactive and not work no matter how many times you press it, causing you to potentially go into drawdown and lose your account. The only way to fix it is again, to log out and log back in. As traders know, this kind of consistent technical unreliability is dangerous in trading and resulted in my account being closed for "daily drawdown" rules.
Here's where it gets even worse. Upon contacting CryptoFundTrader support and explaining all of the above they told me they needed a video of what happened with timestamps. Of course, they would know that I wouldn't have this. Who is screen recording their computer 24/7 to catch their bugs? I couldn't believe what I was reading. Do they think I'm a QA tester and I work for free to debug their own platform?
I then told them that of course I wouldn't have recorded it. I proceeded to request that they reset my account to rectify the issue and that I would record it when it inevitably happens again.
They declined and proceeded to tell me how they are a fair company and take no responsibility. Stay clear and far away from this unethical and shady company.
UPDATE: As you can see from CryptoFundTrader's hearsay response, they've completely ignored the actual technical issues described and take no responsibility or desire to resolve them. As mentioned previously, I've volunteered to record these technical issues if they reset my account which they can easily do. But they won't do that. They don't want to see. I wonder why? It's easy to read between the lines.
Again, stay away from this company. They also have a lot of fake reviews upon further research. Check yourself. There are way better companies out there.
