Crypto Fund Trader

I'm extremely disappointed with Crypto Fund Trader due to the unnecessary delay in processing my payout. It's been over 2 weeks, and I still haven't received my funds. What makes the experience even worse is that every time I contact customer support, all they say is that "the case has been escalated", with no real update or resolution. What’s most frustrating is that their own website advertises payouts are processed within 24-48 hours, yet here I am, waiting for weeks without any clarity. The loss of time and having funds stuck for this long has been a very bad experience, especially when trust and timely payments are critical in this industry. I hope they take this feedback seriously and start resolving such issues more efficiently. Update: I received the payout seems to be an issue with MEXC thanks team for the response

Amazing prop firm, and legit also I got my payout and everything, the only reason I give it 3 star and not a 5 like I would like to is I feel like there could be a lot more that could be done for this prop firm, to have the dashboard more upgraded and also it does glitch a lot I feel like that can definitely be easily fixed also it would be nice if they had a dedicated app for there platform and I feel like they have the capability of doing this in next few months and I would love to see it because this is the only crypto propfirm I’m willing to use note: Upgrade dashboard, have a dedicated app where we have a choice to trade on or more trading platforms option and also dealing with all the glitches and issue with the dashboard

Edited : i had an issue which was resolved back in 30 minutes. as i bought the account i recived email that account suspended. i will give 5 stars in my first payout.
